OCIR, we believe that office relocations and reconfigurations should be a pleasant, easy experience. We are with you from the conception of the project to the last detail. That is why upon conception, you will meet with a project manager to determine the scope of work to be accomplished as well as a budget and time frame in which to accomplish them.
OCIR works with many telephone/data, general contractors, architects and furniture manufacturers to help facilitate a well-coordinated project. Our team consists of sales personnel, project managers, designers, installers and movers. We are capable of doing any size project; there is no to job too small or too large.
OCIR business philosophy is based upon customer satisfaction. We hope that through close interaction with our project managers that you are able to focus on your daily business an allow us to focus on your relocation needs.
OCIR uses Auto Cad 2006 for all your space planning needs. Designers meet with you to determine the best way to utilize the space available. After we have made the final adjustments, you are given a copy of the plan for final approval. Upon completion of the project, OCIR will provide you with a drawing on disk for you to keep onsite for future projects.
The next step is to coordinate the installation of furniture. Trained installation professionals assure that your project will be done with quality and on time. After completion of installation, you are ready for OCIR to relocate your offices to your new facility. We do this by having the latest and best equipment to accomplish an efficient and professional move.
As an extra service for our clients we also take care of the smaller tasks such as, hanging whiteboards, retrofitting equipment for earthquakes and many other services.
